Target Demographic

Recent Jewish college graduates, ages 22–27 (within ~5 years of undergraduate graduation).
A demonstrated track record of exceptional Jewish leadership on their college campus, in their community, or in their early career.
Not currently working in the Jewish nonprofit space.
